Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years for Assistant Manager role
• Healthcare sector experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills with data analytics, benchmarking and change management
• Knowledge of statistical tools and process improvement is an advantage
• Team player with ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive change
• Independent and proactive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, analysis and reporting to translate data into meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions
• Coordinate cross-institutional activities and foster collaboration
• Build VBH capability through targeted communication and engagement efforts
• Liaise with MOH to ensure alignment between SingHealth and national healthcare objectives
• Prepare comprehensive reports and updates for diverse stakeholder groups
