SingHealth invites you to join the Office of Value Based Healthcare to develop and implement VBH initiatives across SingHealth institutions. You'll analyze data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with managers, Institution Value Leads, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-institution coordination, reporting, and liaising with MOH to align national objectives. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in healthcare, with strong Excel and data analytics

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience can be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred and advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support data collection, analysis and reporting to translate data into meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate cross-institutional activities and foster collaboration.
• Build VBH capability through targeted communication and engagement efforts.
• Liaise with MOH to ensure alignment between SingHealth and national healthcare objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and updates for diverse stakeholder groups.
