Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in ticketing operations, guest services, attractions or hospitality.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ticketing operations to ensure smooth, compliant service delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop the ticketing operations team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to service quality and productivity.
• Contribute to revenue growth through ticketing promotions and campaigns.
• Prepare operational reports and interact with internal stakeholders to address needs.
