Job summary

ST Engineering seeks a Senior Engineer for System Infrastructure, Smart Security & Automation to support contracts and IT infrastructure across Singapore. You will drive system design, database and network setups, and ensure secure data management.

Key duties include collaboration with project teams, documentation, and resolving complex IT issues; requires 5+ years in system roles and strong Windows, SQL, and networking skills. On-site role at Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of system-related experience.
• Experience in IT Management Systems Deployment or equivalent.
• Proficient in Database, Networking, Windows OS and servers.
• Experience setting up database clusters, backups, or recovery.
• Experience in data migration, data integration and data monitoring; responsible for data security and protection.
• Good at system and architecture design and documenting.
• Experience with tender requirements analysis and tender bidding support.
• Experience with certification management and infrastructure services (AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM).
• Experience in system integration and UAT/FAT/SAT deployment procedures.
• Knowledge of SQL management, vulnerabilities assessment, and development concepts.
• Experience with access control systems and redundancy technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to fulfil contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope.
• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters.
• Perform System Setup and Database setup; resolve technical and design issues.
• Support IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers.
• Conduct basic setup of network switches and IP configurations for project devices.
• Install, debug and troubleshoot IT-related issues.

• Experience and knowledge on certification management, key management, and infrastructure common services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, eG, KMS, AntiVirus, Patch Management, MDM, etc.
• Experience on system integration, system UAT/FAT/SAT. Familiar to procedures of system deployment, staging test and production system setup.
