Job summary

MCI Career Services is seeking a capable supervisor to manage a team of non-nursing staff in healthcare service points in Singapore.

Requirements include a degree in any discipline, 3+ years in healthcare, 2+ years of frontline staff management, and strong analytical and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Office hours, Mon–Fri, in Singapore. Consent for data processing is implied by application.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare industry.
• Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of non-nursing staff providing services in service points.
• Ensure that non-nursing staff receive appropriate induction, orientation and training.
• Responsible for staff recruitment and retention to achieve a stable, skilled workforce and desired customer outcomes.
• Ensure timely two-way communication between staff and management and escalate issues with solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of non-nursing staff providing services in service points.
