Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, business administration) is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in tender management, policy operationalisation, and project management.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and data analysis for tender evaluation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a fair and transparent tender evaluation framework to select providers for community care services.
• Oversee the entire tender process from document preparation to evaluations and contract awards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor providers' performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Manage timely and accurate contract renewals to ensure service continuity for seniors.
• Prepare papers, reports, and presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.
• Lead a small team and mentor members to develop their potential.
