Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a seasoned facilities and project manager to lead site surveys, contractor oversight, and specification development for maintenance and M&E systems at the airport.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. The role emphasizes leveraging digital technologies to improve safety, productivity, and asset performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management.
• Good stakeholder and project management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Site Surveys: Conduct thorough assessments of the condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems in Changi Airport.
• Contractor Management: Oversee contractors, ensuring prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational delays and downtime.
• Specification Preparation: Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
• Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity of facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage digital technologies and automation to transform maintenance and facilities operations.
• Ability to identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions that improve safety, productivity, service quality, and lifecycle asset performance.
