Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an administrator to manage AP region systems including CRM, ERP (MySAP/S4 CS), Fleekdrive and nGCD/AP-GCD. You will generate and analyze reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and streamline spare parts management within Affiliates to optimize customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Business Administration and Development to rollout marketing planning and implementation for each country, with occasional overseas travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IS, Engineering, CS or related discipline.
• Experience in SAP/ERP and CRM systems administration.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with reporting and data management.
• Experience in spare parts management or pricing administration is advantageous.
• Occasional overseas travel required.

Key Job Purpose:

Key administrator for the AP region of the following:

• For CRM, AP-GCD, Fleekdrive (E-library)
• Generate and analyze reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Streamline the Spare Part Management within Affiliates to optimize the customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Business Administration and Development to rollout the directing marketing planning and implementation for each country.

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing, administrator and improvement of the following Systems

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• ERP – MySAP/S4 – CS Module and Partial MM Module
• Fleekdrive
• New Global Communication Database (nGCD/AP-GCD)

Spare Parts Management

• Spare parts price list for new, obsolete, discontinued, etc
• Ensure activation and deletion/changes for materials in ERP
• Review report for spare parts movement monthly and improve on the fill rate and just in time replenishment concept.
• Establish pricing for new materials/spare parts.
• Preparation of complete updated spare parts price list monthly

Assumes additional related responsibilities and project as required by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience in SAP/ERP and CRM systems administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data management.
• Experience in spare parts management, material master maintenance or pricing administration is an advantage.
• Occasional overseas travel required.
