Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore CBD is seeking an experienced Asset Management/Finance professional to build and maintain financial models for data centre assets. You will track performance, including utilisation, revenue, costs, energy consumption and PUE, and prepare regular management reports.

You will coordinate with engineering, facilities, finance and commercial teams to ensure alignment on asset performance and strategic objectives, and support investment evaluations, lifecycle

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in asset management, infrastructure finance or data centre finance.
• Strong Excel modelling and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, cashflows, and scenario analyses for data centre assets.
• Track asset performance and analyse key metrics (utilisation, revenue, costs, energy, availability, PUE).
• Coordinate with engineering, facilities, finance, and commercial teams on asset performance.
• Support investment evaluations, pricing assessments, expansion feasibility, and lifecycle capex planning.
• Prepare asset dashboards, valuations, business plans, and board presentations.
• Conduct market research to inform asset strategy and portfolio planning.
• Contribute to ESG monitoring and sustainability reporting across the portfolio.
• Work with stakeholders to identify value-enhancement opportunities and ad-hoc analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models, cashflows, and scenario analyses for operational and development‑stage data centre assets.
• Track asset performance, analyse key financial and operational metrics (including utilisation, revenue, costs, energy consumption, availability, and PUE), and prepare regular management reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, facilities, finance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on asset performance and strategic objectives.
• Support investment evaluations, pricing assessments, expansion feasibility studies, and lifecycle capex planning.
• Prepare asset dashboards, valuations, business plans, and board‑level presentations.
• Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic asset decisions and portfolio planning.
• Contribute to ESG monitoring and sustainability reporting across the portfolio.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify value‑enhancement opportunities and improve asset performance.
• Support monthly and quarterly asset management reporting and take on ad‑hoc analysis or cross‑functional project work as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in asset management, infrastructure finance, real estate PE, or data centre finance.
• Strong Excel modelling and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to translate technical/operational inputs into financial insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
