Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to build and own financial models, track portfolio performance, and drive value across data centre assets in Singapore's CBD.

You will prepare dashboards, business plans, and Board-level presentations, collaborating with Engineering, Facilities, Finance and Commercial teams to turn data into strategy. Qualifications

• 4+ years in asset management, infrastructure, real estate/investment or related fields.
• Strong Excel financial modelling and analysis skills.
• Ability to translate technical inputs into clear financial insights.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working with engineers and senior management.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models, cashflow forecasts and scenario analyses for operating and development-stage data centre assets.
• Track asset performance across metrics (utilisation, revenue, costs, energy consumption, availability and PUE) and prepare management reports.
• Support investment cases, pricing reviews, expansion feasibility and lifecycle capex planning.
• Prepare asset dashboards, valuations, business plans and Board-level presentations.
• Partner with Engineering, Facilities, Finance and Commercial teams to align on asset performance and strategy.
• Identify value-enhancement opportunities with internal and external stakeholders and implement them.
• Bring market and industry research into strategic asset and portfolio decisions.
• Contribute to ESG monitoring and sustainability reporting across the portfolio.
• Drive monthly and quarterly asset management reporting, plus ad-hoc analyses and cross-functional projects.

• 4+ years in asset management, infrastructure or project finance, real estate investment or private equity, corporate finance/FP&A, transaction advisory or valuations.
• Strong Excel financial modelling and analysis skills.
• Able to translate technical and operational inputs into clear financial insights.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working with engineers, commercial teams and senior management.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
