This role sits with the Data Innovation & Protection Group (DIPG), which leads the development of data-driven technologies, ecosystem engagement, and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), which enforces the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The Group empowers organisations to harness the power of data to drive innovation in the digital economy and protect personal data. This role will be responsible for supporting PDPC’s digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management, internal stakeholders and vendors on the development of content and creative assets for PDPC’s owned channels.
Drive the end-to-end planning, creation and production of social media content and creative assets across different formats, ensuring that outputs are audience-centric, platform-appropriate and aligned with PDPC’s messaging and branding
Plan the social media content, which includes building content calendars and managing deadlines for content delivery by seeking approval and ensuring timely publishing
Create and produce social media content from drafting post copy, capturing footages, editing videos, designing visuals, adapting the assets for different platforms to the final asset production.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across the Group to align the narratives and messaging for intended audiences
Monitor social media trends, platform developments and content performance insights to recommend creative optimisations, improve engagement and support continuous refinement of social media content
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop PDPC resources such as videos, publications, and infographics for industry and consumer engagement.
Drive the internal content production workflow from video storyboarding, copywriting/copy editing, design and layout to final asset production
