Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking an experienced tech lead to oversee enterprise applications supporting Finance, HR and Enterprise Services. You will define the technology roadmap and lead the architecture, delivery and operations of platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, ServiceNow, the Data Middle Layer and Intranet.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP platforms, enterprise architecture or related technology leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale platforms such as SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
• Proven track record delivering major enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations and technology governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

You will lead the strategy, architecture, delivery and operations of key platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, the Data Middle Layer and Intranet. Working closely with business stakeholders and technology partners, you will ensure these platforms remain reliable, secure and ready to support future business needs.
