Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Accountant to manage full sets of accounts and support month-end closes. You will maintain GL, handle cash, AR, AP, and fixed assets, and prepare balance sheets and P&L reports.

You will also assist with quarterly and annual financial statements, respond to auditors, support new finance systems implementation, and ensure compliance with policies, GAAP, and SOX. 1-3 years experience preferred in an MNC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably from a MNC environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of accounts
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting
• Support the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries
• Provide overall support to the implementation of new accounting systems and finance processes
• Ensure comply with company policies, practices and procedures, GAAP, and SOX standards
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
