Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced finance professional in Singapore to lead financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and interactions with external auditors and tax agents.

You will ensure compliance with SGX listing rules and internal policies while coordinating data requests across subsidiaries. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting standards and systems, with 5–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; accounting qualifications will have added advantageous
• 5–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in listed company or investment industry will have added advantageous
• Knowledge in Accpac, Sage 300 and Excel will have added advantageous
• Familiar with SFRS and SGX reporting will have added advantageous

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial, management & regulatory reports in compliance with reporting standards, statutory requirements, and SGX listing rules
• Handle quarterly consolidation of financial reports & review submissions from subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures to ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Ensure accurate accounting transactions, preparation of management reports, review of management schedules & quarterly GST submissions
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and related entities on data requests, clarify financial queries & highlight anomalies requiring investigation
• Support the annual budgeting process, conduct financial planning and analysis & track actual performance against budgets
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on financial and tax matters & provide detailed variance analyses and explanations
• Guide and support junior finance team members & assist with ad-hoc projects
