Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to handle full sets of accounts, manage GL, cash, AR/AP, and fixed assets, and support month-end closes.

You'll prepare balance sheets and P&L, assist with annual financial statements, and help implement new accounting systems while ensuring adherence to GAAP and SOX.

Candidates with 1–3 years in a multinational environment welcome; bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably from an MNC environment.
• Familiar with GAAP and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of accounts
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting
• Support the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries
• Provide overall support to the implementation of new accounting systems and finance processes
• Ensure comply with company policies, practices and procedures, GAAP, and SOX standards
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
