RGE is seeking a freight and logistics leader to own the group’s logistics operations in Singapore, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment coordination and issue resolution. You will drive end-to-end supply chain alignment, manage 3PL performance, and partner with business units to deliver continuous improvement via digital initiatives, with travel up to 20%.

• Degree in logistics/ supply chain, engineering or business management.
• 5-7 years of relevant logistics operations experience.
• Experience in planning, executing and monitoring enterprise transformation initiatives, including digitalization/ AI implementation.
• Communication skills and stakeholder management experience in a matrix organization.
• Strong mindset of continuous improvement and analytical, hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%).

• Contribute to the team’s/ department’s knowledge by actively sharing best practices and guiding other team members as necessary.

This role manages RGE group’s freight operations and implements logistics excellence initiatives, by supporting the Project and Operation (both Direct and Indirect) procurement functions.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in logistics/ supply chain, engineering or business management
• 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated capabilities in logistics operations (freight and warehousing)
• Experience in planning, executing and monitoring enterprise transformation initiatives, including digitalization/ AI implementation
• Communication skills and stakeholder management experience in a matrix organization
• A strong mindset of continuous improvement and challenging the status quo, with an analytical and hands‑on approach
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
