Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in office projects, workplace transformation and/or facilities management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects from planning to handover and completion.
• Experience supporting change management during workplace transitions.
• Familiarity with digital tools and data analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lease administration for AIC office premises, including renewals, payments, landlord management, tenancy compliance and documentation upkeep.
• Coordinate SWSH engagement meetings and maintain records for meetings with a focus on outcomes and follow-up.
• Maintain proposals with sustainability indicators to support Sustainability Reporting.
• Oversee utilities management: monthly consumption tracking, invoice verification, payment processing and energy reporting.
• Support workplace projects, renovations, relocations, and space planning with vendor engagement and stakeholder communications.
