Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) in Singapore is seeking a Site Planning and Management professional to shape the future of community care facilities for seniors. You will develop plans to locate facilities island-wide and partner with stakeholders to ensure accessible services.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, experience in site planning, policy operationalisation, and strong analytical and communication skills to draft papers, reports, and secure approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., urban planning, public administration, etc.).
• Proven experience in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility and resilience to changes.
• Strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive plans to strategically locate community care facilities across the island, and creatively utilising innovative space solutions to address land scarcity, ensuring optimal accessibility and service delivery for our senior population.
• Conduct comprehensive site assessments to determine the suitability of locations for community care facilities.
• Analyse demographic data and community needs to inform the planning and assessment decisions.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to co-design and co-develop functional community care facilities that enhance the delivery of care services for the seniors.
• Assist in drafting compelling papers, reports, presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.
• Take charge of developing and managing budgets, key project milestones, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of community care facilities.
