Job summary

The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is seeking a proactive professional to join the operations planning and implementation team. You will help co-develop implementation strategies, execute action plans, and identify operational gaps to ensure national programmes are administered efficiently and deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; healthcare background preferred but not required.
• Experience or understanding of private primary care is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with policy teams to develop implementation strategies and operational action plans for the rollout of new initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to monitor the effectiveness of implementation and operational changes.
• Support the processing of CHAS and PHPC accreditation and partner onboarding activities.
• Support the development, implementation and review of SOPs and accreditation processes to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness for initiatives under CHAS and PHPC.
• Support other programmes and daily operations within the team as assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide secretariat support for workgroups and committees.
