Job summary

JEN Singapore Tanglin is seeking a hands-on Assistant HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, partnering with Division Heads to deliver HR support aligned with Shangri-La Group standards and Singapore employment laws.

You will oversee payroll, HR records, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR advisory, while supporting performance management, compensation exercises, and work pass administration in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience with strong payroll exposure.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Excel; detail-oriented; confident with HR systems.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities
