Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Fundraising (Partnerships & Engagement) in Macpherson, Singapore. The role is permanent and office-based, with five working days per week.

Salary up to SGD 5,500 basic, plus mobile, 14 days annual leave, performance bonus, meals, medical and group insurance. This position focuses on leading fundraising, donor relations and volunteer engagement for a residential home serving children and families.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, partnership development or community engagement.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in volunteer management, fundraising events, corporate communications or digital engagement would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising, donor partnerships and volunteer engagement to support a residential home serving children and families.
• Develop fundraising and partnership strategies, annual action plans and targets.
• Lead the Partnerships team in delivering campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, community organisations and volunteers.
• Identify new supporters and secure financial and in-kind contributions.
• Plan fundraising events and campaigns, coordinate stakeholders and evaluate results.
• Maintain accurate donor and volunteer records, track contributions and prepare fundraising reports.
• Oversee volunteer deployment, training, matching and satisfaction.
• Manage branding, publications, website and social media content.
• Coordinate media releases and ensure consistent use of corporate communication materials.
• Promote awareness of the Home’s services and the needs of children and families.
