Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking a proactive Operations professional to support the Associate Director in managing the mall's facilities and maintenance programs. You will coordinate maintenance, manage budgets and contracts, oversee safety and EHS processes, and work with vendors and tenants to ensure high standards.

The role offers exposure to a premier retail environment and requires teamwork, leadership, and a practical approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ degree in engineering or related field; strong technical foundation.
• Experience in real estate industry is an advantage.
• Graduates with relevant degree but no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to work within tight timelines and resolve problems systematically.
• Exhibit initiative, leadership and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Experience with WSH regulations would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director, Operations, Singapore in managing effective operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level.
• Assist in preparation of Operations annual budget; manage and administer maintenance contracts and supervise expenses.
• Assist in Asset Enhancement Initiatives and renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for promotions.
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team; manage and execute procurement of equipment and cyclical replacements.
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner.
• Work with technicians and manage vendor services to maintain professional standards in day-to-day operations.
• Assist to handle mall incidents and update incident reports.
• Ensure vendors and contractors comply with safety guidelines and safety compliance at all times.
• Be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc).
• Be part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for permit to work, risk assessment, safety checks/audits.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• You will support the Associate Director, Operations, Singapore in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.

• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level

• Assist in preparation of Operations annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall

• Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall

• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall

• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner

• Work closely with the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations

• Assist to handle mall incident and to update incident report

• Ensure that vendors and tenants' contractor comply to safety guidelines and follow strict safety compliance at all times

• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),

• Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate/ Property Management/ Operations)
• Relevant experience in real estate industry an advantage
• Graduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
• Willingness to work as a team and a strong team lead
• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with WSH regulations would be an added advantage
