Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Executive in Marketing for a 2-year contract. You will plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, liaising with tenants and agencies to boost mall traffic and sales.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, creativity and strong communication skills. You will manage social media, align online/offline promotions and analyse campaign performance, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure project

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Creative, resourceful and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns to achieve ROI and KPIs.
• Monitor budgets and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to run projects and create mall awareness.
• Initiate collaborations with tenants to drive mall sales and CapitaLand initiatives.
• Manage social media and align online activities with offline promotions.
• Monitor social conversations and extract insights to enhance customer experience and branding.
• Update content on digital and social platforms; maintain consistency across channels.
• Market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue.
• Supervise Digital Services Advocates.
