Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Credit professional for its Casino Credit team in Singapore. You will process credit portfolios, gather financial information, and conduct due diligence for premium customers, while ensuring compliance with PMLTF and maintaining thorough records.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, willingness to work varied shifts including nights and holidays, and a proactive, analytical mindset in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
• No experience required as training will be provided.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; ability to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking guests.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain credit portfolio by gathering gaming information/financial data/due diligence reports for premium customers.
• Conduct screenings for Politically Exposed/High Risk persons and ensure compliance with PMLTF.
• Utilize credit analytical tools and compile information for credit assessment.
• Maintain data in an electronic data warehouse and ensure proper documentation for record retention.
• Provide impeccable service to premium customers to facilitate documentation and signing of credit forms.
• Participate in cross-property operations and inter-department initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by the department.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and maintain credit portfolio by gathering gaming information/ financial data/ due diligence reports for premium customers
• Conduct screenings for Politically Exposed/High Risk persons and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing ("PMLTF") Framework
• Utilize credit analytical tools and compile information for credit assessment
• Maintain data in an electronic data warehouse and ensure proper documentation for record retention
• Provide impeccable service to premium customers to facilitate documentation and the signing of credit forms
• Participate in cross-property operations and inter-department's initiatives
• Perform adhoc duties as and when required by the department

Job Requirements

Other Prerequisites

• Positive attitude individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast pace and teamwork environment
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English as the successful candidate will be required to liaise with Mandarin and English speaking guests. Other Asian dialects or languages will be viewed favorable.
