Job summary

MISUMI SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to drive digital transformation across business applications in Singapore. You will map processes, design and maintain internal apps, and build AI-powered and RPA solutions to automate and optimise operations.

You will lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, collaborate with global DX teams, and provide ongoing support, training and documentation to ensure successful adoption and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business app development, automation or digital transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation projects.
• Programming in Python, Node.js or PHP.
• Strong SQL skills with queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with REST API integration.
• Hands-on with Power Automate, UiPath or similar RPA platforms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot).
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

What You'll Need
