Income in Singapore seeks a Distribution Support professional to assist in MAS Representative Notification Framework assessments and RNF appointments. You will help structure processes to meet SLAs and support the manager in fit and proper reviews, ensuring timely and compliant decisions.

The role requires a degree or diploma, 2 years’ experience, and proficiency in MS Office. You will work with candidates, hiring managers and internal teams under tight timelines with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 2 years’ experience in Distribution Support, MAS Representative Notification Framework.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
• Independent, self-driven and results-oriented.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in assessing or reviewing complex fit and proper assessment cases for HAA approval.
• Review and setup structured processes to meet SLAs; implement and refine solutions.
• Involved in fit and proper framework review and execution to ensure timely changes.
• Conduct fit and proper assessments for RNF appointments; make recommendations and flag adverse findings.
• Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment matters.
• Provide regular statistics and reports related to candidates and appointments.
• Conduct periodic declarations and checks; daily credit monitoring and annual self-declaration.
• Support Distribution functions; handle audit requests and process reviews.
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned.
