Job summary

Vouch is partnering with a leading Singapore-based multinational organisation to hire an Assistant Manager, Compensation to join its Human Resources team. This hybrid role blends strategic design with hands-on execution in a lean Total Rewards team.

You will design, review, and enhance compensation programmes, while managing day-to-day administration and execution of key rewards initiatives to support a large and complex workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field.
• 3 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong analytical skills, market research expertise, and regulation law.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-country environments.
• Regional role experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and processes.
• Analyze compensation data, participate in salary benchmarking, and assess market trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Oversee the annual performance review and compensation cycles, ensuring smooth execution.
• Conduct job evaluations to assess role sizing and pay alignment; experience with frameworks such as Mercer.
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders on compensation policies and best practices.
