Job summary

Singapore Land Authority (SLA) seeks a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, covering leasing and facilities management to ensure smooth operation and tenant satisfaction.

You will manage tenancy matters, coordinate facilities contractors, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise space use and service delivery for a balanced, efficient portfolio.

Qualifications

• Background in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management or related discipline preferred.
• Meticulous, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leasing, property management or facilities management will be an advantage.

[What the role is]

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing leasing and facilities management functions to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and utilisation of properties. The role involves managing tenant relationships, lease administration, facilities management contractors, and day-to-day property operations, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a positive tenant experience.

[What you will be working on]

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, covering both leasing and facilities management functions.
