Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cabin Crew Learning and Development to drive training quality for CCRP and Returning Crew Scheme. You will update content, assess readiness, and ensure facilities comply with Safe Management Guidelines while delivering new product training to key stakeholders.

The role requires a university degree, training qualifications such as ACTA/ACLP/DACE, project management skills, and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline is acceptable.
• Training qualifications such as ACTA, ACLP, DACE are preferred.
• Project management experience including planning and PM tools.
• Data analysis and ability to visualize data is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality training for CCRP and RCS to inculcate service excellence.
• Conduct wet run assessments to ensure standards are met.
• Manage CCRP content updates to maintain relevancy and learning effectiveness.
• Ensure training facilities are up to date and compliant with Safe Management Guidelines.
• Deliver new product training to stakeholders to support operations.
• Handle disciplinary and grooming issues of CCRP trainees.
• Develop engaging e-learning, micro-learning, and multimedia content.
• Conduct grooming reviews to ensure grooming guidelines are followed.
• Assist in additional duties or projects as assigned.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Cabin Crew division.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality training for Cabin Crew Readiness Programme (CCRP) trainees and Returning Crew Scheme (RCS) crew to inculcate service and hospitality excellence.
• Conduct wet run assessments to ensure standards are maintained.
• Manage Cabin Crew Readiness Programme (CCRP) to ensure all content are updated timely to maintain the relevancy and learning effectiveness.
• Ensure training mock-up facilities are up to date, fully operational, and compliant with Safe Management Guidelines.
• Ensure new product training is delivered to all key stakeholders in a timely manner to effectively support operational needs.
• Handle disciplinary and grooming issues of CCRP trainees to ensure standards are maintained.
• Develop engaging e-learning, micro-learning, immersive library of virtual learning and multimedia content to enhance learning experiences and support staff development.
• Conduct grooming review for Cabin Crew to ensure they conform to the approved grooming guidelines.
• Assist in additional duties / projects when assigned.

Requirements

• Uiversity degree in any discipline is acceptable
• Training-related qualifications (such as ACTA, ACLP, DACE)
• Project management (which includes project planning and use of PM tools such as JIRA)
• Product management (which includes requirements gathering and quality assurance testing)
• Data analysis, and any proficiency in data visualisation will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of learning and development methods
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and digital tools
• Cabin crew experience will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical with a keen sense for numbers
