We seek a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our management team and oversee Front of House operations. You will lead service standards, coach juniors, schedule staff rostering, and monitor inventory while upholding MICHELIN quality expectations and delivering warm guest experiences. • Trained in high service quality and standards.
• Familiarity with restaurant service setup routines.
• Strong leadership and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and stamina to upkeep with a Manager trained in MICHELIN quality standard.
• Able to guide juniors effectively.
• Experience in staff rostering and inventory tracking.
• Languages: strong command of spoken and written English.
