Job summary

Nanachome Singapore seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional Japanese hospitality and smooth restaurant operations.

You will supervise daily floor operations, motivate and coach the service team, greet guests, address feedback promptly, coordinate with kitchen staff and Restaurant Manager, and maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily floor operations to maintain efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the service team for high performance.
• Greet and engage guests to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and Restaurant Manager for timely service.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, reservations management, and cashiering.
• Train new team members on SOPs to maintain quality.
