Job summary

51 EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor in Singapore. You will establish production plans, ensure yield specifications for finished products, and drive daily execution with precision and enthusiasm.

You will maintain strict food quality and safety standards, coordinate schedules to meet customer needs, and lead training for F&B staff. The role requires leadership, resilience, and availability for extended hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Establish and test yield specifications for finished products.
• Develop daily and weekly production plans and ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain food quality and food safety standards.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Lead, train, and coach Food & Beverage staff; attend weekly dept meetings.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure highest quality.
• Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage long hours including weekends and public holidays.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant provincial/federal legislation
• Establish, continually test, update, and meet the established product yield specification on all finished products
• Ensure the production plan is accurate and well-developed on a daily and weekly basis, and then executed with precision and enthusiasm
• Maintain food quality and food safety requirements and meet or exceed the requirements for a safe workplace
• Ensure the production schedule (workflow, production processes, staffing model, production floor layout, etc.) meets our customer requirements.
• A focus on results, a bias for action, and an effective personal leadership style will be necessary
• Demonstrated track record of delivering solid operating results in a way that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
• Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees
• Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings
• Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Ability to work on weekend and public holiday
