i-link manpower consultancy pte. ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Cleaning Company in Singapore. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise site teams, arrange manpower deployment, and ensure service standards.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, and the ability to manage multiple sites. Working arrangements depend on operations; company offers annual leave, medical leave and other employment benefits.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in cleaning, facilities management or operations is preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage manpower and work schedules.
• Responsible, organised and able to handle urgent operational matters.
• Able to work independently and support multiple cleaning sites when required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office / WhatsApp reporting.
• Willing to travel between different work locations when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Handle attendance, leave, replacement manpower and staff deployment.

• Follow up on complaints and resolve operational problems promptly.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies are properly managed.
• Prepare simple operational reports and update management on site performance.
• Train and guide cleaners on work procedures, safety and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements and client instructions.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
