Job summary

A*STAR RESEARCH ENTITIES in Singapore is seeking a Logistics/Store Operations role to manage daily supply chain tasks including shipping, packing/receiving, material handling, storage, and distribution of materials within our facilities.

The job involves processing paperwork such as data entry and filing, maintaining store housekeeping, stock taking, and supporting the development of logistics plans while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations for supply chain functions, including shipping, packing/receiving, material handling, storage, and distributing materials.
• Handle accompanying paperwork including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Responsible for daily housekeeping of the store.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines; knowledge of integration.
• Carry out inventory stock taking and management.
• Participate in developing logistics and operation plans/projects.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction through collecting and analyzing reports.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and manager.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
