Job summary

Moxy Hotels is seeking a Management-level professional to oversee daily housekeeping, recreation/health club, and laundry operations at our Singapore location. You will coordinate with staff to keep guestrooms and public spaces clean and well maintained, perform inspections, and drive guest satisfaction while managing the operating budget.

You will supervise shifts, ensure supplies, and support training and HR activities to maintain service standards and cost control in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in housekeeping or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing housekeeping operations and ensures guest room status is communicated to Front Desk.
• Supervises daily housekeeping shift operations and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assists in supervising inventory and supplies, including guestroom and public space cleaning.
• Participates in managing department costs and budgets to meet goals.
• Responds to guest problems and opportunities to improve service performance.
• Participates in HR activities including staffing, training, and performance feedback.
