• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, and security checks.
• Prepare inventories, stock and requisition supplies; monitor dining room seating and guest safety.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets; follow safety policies.
• Provide guest service with clear, professional communication and build positive relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
