Job summary

HLN Rubber Products Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with management to shape HR policies, programs and manpower plans, while leading initiatives across Singapore, with exposure to Malaysia and Indonesia.

The role demands strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, plus the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labour regulations across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Able to lead, plan, and drive HR initiatives with management.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations
• Develop HR planning strategies with management to improve HR policies procedures and programs
• Manage and recommends employee relationship practices to establish a positive working environment
• Develops manpower plans based on staffing needs, corporate goals & forecast staff movement, and maximize resources
• Attend regular management meetings and actively participate as a member of the leadership team as required in order to ensure the provision of HR perspective and expertise
• Conduct promotion, annual increment and performance appraisal exercise
• Regional experience with some exposure in Malaysia & Indonesia
• Provide office administration and office & IT support at Singapore head office
• - Perform any other duties, tasks & projects which deem fit and reasonable as and when assigned by Management
• Willing and able to travel to regional countries as and when required (after border opens)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good knowledge of labour regulation & practices across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
• Resourceful, independent and possesses strong initiative and drive
• Good planning and prioritization skills
