JEN SINGAPORE TANGLIN BY SHANGRI-LA is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the team in delivering Shangri-La’s renowned hospitality. You will lead daily Front Office operations, ensure exceptional guest engagement, and drive service excellence across guest touchpoints.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, colleague development, and efficient operations, with opportunities to contribute to hotel objectives and ESG initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of Front Office experience in international luxury hotels.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach diverse teams.
• Knowledge of PMS and guest engagement platforms such as Medallia.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuring service delivery and brand standards.
• Lead by example to create memorable guest experiences with warmth and hospitality.
• Ensure smooth arrival, stay and departure experiences, especially for VIPs and long-stay guests.
• Monitor the guest journey and identify opportunities to exceed expectations and loyalty.
• Drive Medallia performance and guest satisfaction through feedback analysis and service recovery.
