Job summary

Allinton Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting and cash-flow management. You will work with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Management to provide insights and strengthen internal controls.

The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, tax matters and ERP system enhancements, requiring 5+ years of relevant experience and a finance qualification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
Experience in financial reporting and month-end closing.
Experience with audits and external auditors.
Knowledge of Singapore tax regulations.
ERP/finance system implementation experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee month-end and year-end closing and financial statements.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Provide financial analysis to management.
Monitor cash flow and working capital.
Manage accounts receivable/payable and inventory costing.
Support ERP systems implementation and process improvements.
