Qualifications

• Experience in food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily duties for pre-opening, operations and post-closing of the outlet.
• Supervise and guide staff on duties and responsibilities.
• Plan assignments and schedule staff for meals and breaks.
• Provide service and ensure procedures and standards are followed by staff.
• Oversee cleaning of equipment and assist staff with issues.
• Handle complaints and ensure food handling procedures are followed by the team.
• Operate POS system and perform cashiering duties.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Professor Brawn Ltd is a Social Enterprise established byAutism Resource Centre (Singapore) which provides job and social integration opportunities to people with special needs and the disadvantaged in society. Its mission is to provide affordable good food by an inclusive quality workforce comprising people of different abilities, ages and socio-economic background.

Professor Brawn Ltd operates across 3 different locations including Pathlight School (AMK) and Pathlight School (Tampines) which is the largest special education school in Singapore.

We are looking for an Assistant F&B Executive for our Tampines outlet.

As an AssistantF&B Executive, your impact and contribution includes:

• Being responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily job duties and task involving pre-opening, operations, and post-closing of the outlet
• Supervising and guiding staff on their given duties and responsibilities
• Taking charge of assignment planning and scheduling staff for their meals/breaks
• Providing service and ensuring service procedures and given standards are followed by the staff
• Supervising the cleaning of equipment (internal and external), guiding and showing staffs finding difficulties in doing so
• Handling complaints
• Ensuring that staff adheres to SFA food handling procedure and policy
• Operating POS system and performing cashiering duties
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

• Comfortable with being redeployed to different work locations and possibility of more than one location a day
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to adapt to diverse people and environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
• Strong desire to learn about Autism and the passion to help special needs individuals
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, shift basis
