Qualifications

• Experience in supervising staff and coordinating daily outlet operations.
• Ability to plan and schedule staff for meals and breaks.
• Deliver service according to standards and handle complaints.
• Operate POS system and perform cashier duties.
• Willing to redeploy to different locations and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in Autism and helping people with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily job duties and tasks in F&B outlet.
• Guide staff on their responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with food handling procedures.
• Providing service and ensuring service procedures and given standards are followed by the staff
• Supervise the cleaning of equipment (internal and external), guiding and showing staff how to overcome difficulties
• Handling complaints
• Ensuring that staff adhere to SFA food handling procedures and policy
• Operate POS system and performing cashiering duties
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
• Comfortable with being redeployed to different work locations and the possibility of more than one location in a day
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to adapt to diverse people and environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
• Strong desire to learn about Autism and the passion to help special needs individuals
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week
• Location: Pathlight School (Tampines)

Professor Brawn Ltd is a Social Enterprise established by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) which provides job and social integration opportunities to people with special needs and the disadvantaged in society. Its mission is to provide affordable good food by an inclusive quality workforce comprising people of different abilities, ages and socio-economic background.

Professor Brawn Ltd operates across 3 different locations including Pathlight School (AMK) and Pathlight School (Tampines), which is the largest special education school in Singapore.

We are looking for an Assistant F&B Executive for our Tampines outlet.

As an Assistant F&B Executive, your impact and contribution includes:

• Being responsible for supervising and co-ordinating the daily job duties and tasks involving pre-opening, operations, and post-closing of the outlet
