Job summary

The Art Faculty, housed at Enabling Village and Pathlight School Campus 1 in Singapore, is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to promote merchandise and deliver friendly customer service.

You will handle cashier duties, stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and assist the Store Manager. Working hours are Mon-Sat and public holidays, 9am–9pm on a shift roster; availability from End October 2026 to End January 2027.

Qualifications

• Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented.
• Good working attitude and communication skills.
• Desire to learn about Autism and serve the autism community.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and promote merchandise.
• Carry out cashier responsibilities and daily financial reconciliation.
• Manage stock replenishment, product merchandising, and displays.
• Conduct basic housekeeping tasks.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

The Art Faculty (TAF) is a Social Enterprise established by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) which supports inclusion and celebrates the abilities of persons on the autism spectrum. The artists from the Artist Development Programme (ADP) earn royalties from the sale of their artworks and merchandise and also learn about the value and dignity of work and financial independence.

Retail Assistant (Part-time)
