Job summary

Pathlight School’s The Art Faculty is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to engage customers, promote merchandise, and handle cashier duties at The Art Faculty locations (Enabling Village and Pathlight School Campus 1) in Singapore.

You will contribute to stock management and displays, assist with housekeeping, and support other duties as assigned on a shift roster. Commitment includes End October 2026 to End January 2027.

• Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented.
• Possess good working attitude and communication skills.
• Desire to learn about Autism and serve the autism community.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and promote merchandise
• Carry out cashier responsibilities and daily financial reconciliation
• Manage stock replenishment, product merchandising, and displays
• Conduct basic housekeeping tasks
• Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

The Art Faculty (TAF)is a Social Enterprise established by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) which supports inclusion and celebrates the abilities of persons on the autism spectrum. The artists from the Artist Development Programme (ADP) earn royalties from the sale of their artworks and merchandise and also learn about the value and dignity of work and financial independence.

As a Retail Assistant (Part-time), your Impact and Contribution includes:

• Provide customer service and promote merchandise
• Carry out cashier responsibilities and daily financial reconciliation
• Manage stock replenishment, product merchandising, and displays
• Conduct basic housekeeping tasks
• Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Working Hours

• Mon to Sat and Public Holidays – 9am to 9pm (on shift roster)
