Job summary

Professor Brawn Ltd, a social enterprise by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore), seeks an Assistant F&B Executive for our Tampines outlet, with location at Pathlight School (Tampines). You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service operations.
• Able to supervise staff and coordinate duties.
• Willing to work at Tampines location and on a shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily duties for pre-opening, operations and post-closing of the outlet.
• Supervise and guide staff on duties and responsibilities.
• Plan assignments and schedule staff for meals and breaks.
• Provide service and ensure procedures and standards are followed by staff.
• Oversee cleaning of equipment and assist staff with issues.
• Handle complaints and ensure food handling procedures are followed by the team.
• Operate POS system and perform cashiering duties.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
