Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Civil or Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project or contract administration, engineer, designer or coordinator, ideally within the real estate, interior design firm or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s development and regulatory processes
  • Familiarity with construction project management tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in following up on project drawing reviews, approval and permitting progress, and the circulation of related documents with government authorities or consultants;
  • Manage technical documentation, including drawings, technical agreements, and tender documents, ensuring clear categorization and timely updates;
  • Draft and compile meeting minutes related to design, construction, and maintenance matters;
  • Assist in preparing project briefs and technical presentation materials to support project reporting and communication;
  • Follow up on the circulation and signing of technical contract clauses to ensure accuracy and timely progress;
  • Support site inspection arrangements, record construction issues and rectification actions, and track follow-ups;
  • Monitor the progress of renovation, maintenance, and handover processes for company-owned residences or project properties, ensuring quality and timeliness;
  • Liaise with renovation contractors, property management, and maintenance vendors to coordinate repairs, interior furnishing, and equipment maintenance;
  • Assist in handling property lease contracts, handover procedures, and the organization and filing of related documentation;
  • Prepare technical payment documents related to engineering, design, renovation, and maintenance, including completion confirmations, inspection records, and contract attachments, and coordinate with the project manager to facilitate the approval process;
  • Perform other engineering-related support tasks as assigned by superiors.
