Job summary

MINDEF's Singapore Armed Forces is seeking a Training Analytics Lead who turns learning, performance, and safety data into actionable insights to improve leadership training.

You will design surveys, analyse data across leadership courses, and present findings to senior management while coordinating data literacy for trainers.

The role requires at least 6 years in data analytics, proficiency in Power BI/Qlik Sense/Python, and strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of working experience, including at least 3 years in data analytics or a related field
• Experience in training evaluation, learning analytics, or driving technology adoption is advantageous
• Proficiency in data visualisation and analysis tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Python, with a good grasp of survey design and statistical analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present insights clearly to senior leaders and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Responsibilities
