This role drives budget planning, manages procurement, and implements robust inventory control systems to track all stores, assets, and equipment from receipt to disposal.

What You Will Be Working On

• Develop, monitor, and report on annual and multi-year budgets
• Forecast resource requirements and align budgetary allocations with strategic objectives
• Prepare financial reports and performance dashboards
• Oversee and facilitate end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services at optimal cost and quality
• Oversee the processing of indents, transfers, and loans of equipment and materials, ensuring proper authorisation and documentation
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of procurement, financial, and reputational risks
• Ensure robust finance, procurement, and logistics processes and internal controls are in place
• Advise senior leadership on financial and operational risks related to finance, procurement, and inventory management
