Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to oversee the NSF training road map across all vocations. You will collaborate with multiple agencies, coordinate Route of Advancement courses, and ensure proper assignment of trained NSFs to their vocations.

You will also lead a four-person HR team and manage promotions and demotions per established policies. This role requires high integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach junior staff while working

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR operations, training frameworks and policy management.
• High integrity with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple agencies and teams.
• Ability to coach and guide junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the implementation of the NSF training road map across all vocations.
• Coordinate NSF Route of Advancement courses with multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee assignments of trained NSFs to vocations/units upon completion.
• Lead and manage a four-person HR team.
• Ensure timely promotions/demotions per policy frameworks.
