Job summary

SSI seeks an experienced Head of Department of Learning Excellence to lead CET quality management, outcome evaluation, AE management, and digitalisation capability development across the social service sector.

You will design evaluation methodologies, analyse program data, and translate findings into strategic improvements while guiding a team of learning and development professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in training quality assurance, workforce development, or learning and development roles.
• Experience working with SSG frameworks and course endorsement processes would be advantageous.
• Outstanding candidates with less working experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to design evaluation methodologies, analyse data, and translate findings into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead CET quality assurance efforts and oversee course endorsement processes with funding bodies.
• Develop and oversee evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness and impact.
• Oversee management and quality assurance of adult educator pool, onboarding and development.
• Drive digitalisation capability development for the social service sector.
• Supervise and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
