Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager/Manager in the Strategic Partnership Division. You will engage with government agencies, institutes of higher learning and industry partners to develop and govern collaborations that support SIT's education and applied research missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in strategic planning, business development, partnership and account management.
• Experience in government sector would be advantageous.
• Ability to traverse and be conversant in various industry verticals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Engage with government agencies, institutes of higher learning, and companies to build and nurture strategic partnerships.
• Lead initiatives promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange, including workshops and networking events.
• Negotiate and finalise terms for collaboration with partners.
• Ensure effective implementation and governance of partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of partnerships on SIT’s programmes and community engagement.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify industry and market trends.
• Collaborate with SIT divisions to develop new educational pathways and applied research areas.
• Support SIT strategic goals and initiatives.
• Assist with duties as assigned by the Deputy President.
